Fantastic Stay near Hyde Park

excellent location clean linen clear instructions
The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the park. The room had clean linen and towels. I found the clear instructions helpful in locating my ground floor room. It was warm, great.
The lack of tea and coffee making facilities was a minor inconvenience.

The staff were helpful and sorted out a request quickly. Ali provided really good customer service and aided me with every need. Adel, the custodian, was very friendly. He was also very kind.

A kitchen had tea, coffee, biscuits, and other treats. The kitchen has a balcony I liked. Full size hand soap, shower gels, and shampoo are provided in great quantity. I loved this.

I could find loads of crisps and small cakes as snacks. The nearby area offers numerous dining options. I chose a great pizza restaurant for a romantic dinner. It was close to the hotel.

I found biscuits and coffee readily available in the kitchen. The kitchen had a balcony allowing for fresh air. Adel, the custodian, was friendly. His kindness really stood out. I was impressed with the hot water in the showers. The provided towels and sheets were notably clean.
